About Rich Warburton

Rich has extensive commercial and residential real estate experience and has built multi-million-dollar real estate portfolios for both corporations and individual investors. As a consultant for a private equity group, he negotiates, acquires, and manages all their real estate acquisitions. Rich is a Certified Trust and Probate Specialist and an expert in crafting deals involving REOs and Short Sales.

Rich understands the importance of listening and truly understanding his clients' needs. He’s an expert at managing difficult escrows and finding creative solutions to ensure his clients succeed. He puts his expertise, tenacity, and love for negotiating to work for all his clients.

Rich has lived in and loved North Orange County for over forty years. He has a wonderful wife of over thirty years and two amazing children. When he’s not helping clients, Rich enjoys mountain biking, water skiing, and snow skiing.
