Newport Coast

Welcome to Newport Coast

A private community offering a lifestyle of extreme luxury

Newport Coast is a scenic master-planned community located at the southern end of Newport Beach. This private and quiet area offers a lifestyle of extreme luxury with gated communities surrounded by sprawling open spaces. The community consists of a variety of distinctive neighborhoods rising into the San Joaquin Hills above the Pacific Ocean and the unspoiled natural beauty of Crystal Cove State Park.

Newport Coast’s exquisite homes are some of the world’s most sought-after coastal properties. Development of Newport Coast began in the 1990s by master architects and luxury custom home builders, who drew inspiration from the elegance of the European Riviera. The result is an enchanting community with views of the ocean rolling out to the horizon.
